At Silkmum, we strive for full transparency in our returns process. Please read the following rules carefully to ensure your return is processed correctly.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. All rules and conditions listed below must be followed for the request to be eligible.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • Unused: The product must be completely unused and show no signs of wear, damage, or breakage.
  • Original Packaging: The original product box must be returned in its original condition.
  • Complete Contents: All items, accessories, manuals, and components included in the box must be unused and undamaged.

3. Hygiene Exception (Breast Pumps)

Breast pumps are considered personal hygiene products and are single-user items as per health standards.

  • For a return to be considered, the product and all included parts must remain unused and must not be broken or tampered with in any way.

4. Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken during shipment, you must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

  • Failure to report shipment damage within the stated time may void your eligibility for a replacement.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement.

5. Return Process & Shipping

  • Prior Approval: You must contact us and receive approval before sending your package back.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified shipping error or a defect reported immediately upon arrival.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders must be cancelled before the package arrives at your destination.
  • Once a cancellation is processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.

8. Warranty

  • Silkmum does not offer a voluntary warranty beyond statutory return and defect reporting requirements.
