1. Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
2. Hygiene Exception (Breast Pumps)
Please note that breast pumps (wearable, electronic, or manual) are considered personal hygiene products and are single-user items as per health standards. For your safety and the safety of our customers:

Breast pumps cannot be returned or exchanged if the box has been opened or if the factory seal is broken.

If the product is defective upon arrival, please refer to the "Damaged or Defective Items" section below.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping:Â Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video of the issue. Once verified by our technical team, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Items on "Final Sale" or promotional clearance.

Opened or used hygiene products (Breast pumps, milk collection cups, flanges).

Items returned without prior authorization.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
