SECTION 1 - SHIPPING COSTS & PAYMENT

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are not free. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the rates of the delivery carrier.

  • No COD: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid via our secure payment gateways.

SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Domestic (India): Once shipped, orders within India are usually delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–10 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery time depends on the carrier and the distance to the destination.

SECTION 4 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, Silkmum is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
